New account email has wrong url after switching to https

After enabling https, new account emails have the address https://mySite.com:9890/ubersvn . The correct address is https://mySite.com:9900/ubersvn . http://mySite.com:9890/ubersvn (not https) also redirects to the correct site, but the combination of https and port 9890 does not work.
