SSLCertificateChainFile Removed After GUI Edits

Hello, I am using a trusted certificate signed by godaddy which requires the SSLCertificateChainFile directive to be present for SSL handshake to properly take place. I can manually add it to the 50-repositories.conf file but any time a change is made in the gui uber rewrites the file. Is there any way to work around this? Thanks for any help...

Sorry CodeNinja, sounds like this feature is not currently available in the UI. The good news is, you can suggest features for uberSVN at http://suggest.wandisco.com/. If you want to put some details on that site it could very well turn up in a future update.
