Copy file commited to my /var/www directory

Hi everyone,    Sorry if my English was wrong, but I need this with urgency and I don't speak very well.    I need a script than make a copy of commited file from my repository to my /var/www/, respecting my system file's structure    in other words, on my project I go have a file on directory Project/controllers/bd/conn.php to commit, and after to do versioning, the post-commit script to do a copy this structure and this file commited and paste on my /var/www/ directory    I did work in a company than was have this script, but I don't no how to do.
