What features are lost when trial license expires?

Good Day,    I need to know what are the major differfences between SmartSVN Trial and SmartSVN Community editions. A user is complaining that he has a license key in his directory from 10/2/12, but is not able to right click and commit on win7 running SmartSVN 7.06. Any information is greatly appreciated.    Supposedly, the user just upgraded from v6.x, and he says he didn't notice until he went to right click and check-in. Thanks for the help.    LM
