Don't use modal splashscreen

[ATTACH]292[/ATTACH]    I hate when modal splashscreen block my interaction with other apps, have to wait until it finish. Very annoying!

Hi there,   How big a problem is this? How long does it take (roughly) for SmartSVN to start up?

This is a ridiculous request. All he says is how much he hates it and blocks. I don't understand what his reasons are when 99% of the apps have a splash screen. Photoshop, Eclipse, etc. The program needs to load its assets and may take a while depending on the computer. I don't see any reason why it is blocking because I haven't had this issue yet.
