uberSVN Server "Enable HTTPS" setting does nothing

Just getting set up with a new install of uberSVN #12.11-2086 SVN - 1.7 on OS X Server 10.6.8. Accessing from Safari 5.1.7 on Snow Leopard and 6.0.2 on Mountain Lion.    At some point in setting up my server I changed "Enable HTTPS" to "Yes" for the uberSVN server and began to access it via https on port 9900. Later I changed the setting back to "No" and found that I could still access it by both http on 9890 and https on 9900.    Then I completely removed uberSVN (using rm_uber.sh), confirmed that the server was no longer accessible, reinstalled from scratch and found that the default install seems to have both servers available, with "Enable HTTPS" set to the default "No".    So, does that setting actually do anything?

Hi there,   Thanks for raising this, I'll get this tested on OS X server and raised as a bug if necessary.
