Check if my directory is updated against a spesific revision

Hi,    I'm wonder if it is possible to check if a directory is updated (No changes were made) against a spesifc revision.    Explanantion: Every two weeks I make one checkout, so I need to make sure that no changes were maded in the checked-out directory against the revision it was used in the checkout and not against the Head revison.    Please, I need your help,    Regards,  Nadeem
