SmartSVN erroneously reporting local state of file as Modified when it's Unchanged

I had to replace a few thousand files in my working copy, some binary, some text- however, it is showing the local state of all the replaced files as Modified when not all of them should be. When I try to show changes for one of the supposedly Modified text files it even prompts me saying that the files are identical. Is there any way I can fix the states that doesn't involved a reset?

It turned out the line endings between the two sets of files were different. Is there any way to have the SmartSVN client ignore line ending style when comparing, without making any server-side changes?
