Tag Multiple Project Roots not working (tried 7.5.3 and 7.5.4)

The Tag Multiple Project Roots is not working using the latest smartsvn version, it create an internal error and ask to send a report.      Also, the documentation is not clear if only the projects roots will be tagged or also the externals?

Hi there,   I've raised this as a bug to our development team (SU-17811), I'll keep you posted with progress.

Does this happen every time or is it intermittent? If the latter, is there any kind of pattern to when you will receive the error?
