Post commit not getting called

Hi All,     I have written post-commit hook for doing some operation on the repository when a property is applied on any of the path. Redirect the output of the post-commit hook to the text file for error handling.     While trying to apply the property on any of the path when the files are adding continuously(by using script) at the same time on the same repository , the post-commit hook not getting called. There is no such entry for property commit in the output text file.     Is it correct behavior ?      Thanks...
