Link supporting dlls statically to svn client

Hi,    How can we link svn supporting dlls(libsvn_ra-1.dll,libsvn_delta-1.dll,...) statically to subversion clients(svn.exe,svnmucc.exe,etc) during the subversion build process. because i don't want to use dlls separately.    Is it possible?        Thanks...
