I don't think it is possible to see more than 1000 revisions in the transactions view.
I would be great to be able to configure it to show more.

The limit was introduced to avoid possible memory and UI performance problems. The Transactions view is not really designed for viewing more revisions. The "Log" feature would serve you best in this case.

As per the above, you'd be best using the log function for that - you should be able to show all revisions that way. Hope that helps.
