Get the all filename and it's property(name:ID) between two revisions

We applying ID Custom property(not revision property) to the file for some changes(not for all changes) and we need to get changed path(file path) and it's property(ID) between two revisions(for example BASE:HEAD).    How can i get by using svn command line clients ?    Thanks.
