Svn Rights

HI,  can any one tell me that is there any tool available for granting rights and managing users in SVN.    thnx in advance.

Hi there,   It depends on what level of access control you want, and how granular you need it to be.   You can use Apache to serve the repo and do authorisation if your needs are basic or won't change regularly, or you can choose a more detailed system like the Access Control product that we offer.   If you can give us a few more specifics about your installation we can help further.
