Importing first project

I installed uberSVN and SmartSVN on my computer.  The installation went well and I created a repository "C:\SVN Repository"  When I start SmartSVN I get the Welcome to SmartSVN window.  I select Import project into repository.  When I entor the repository field I get and error.

In the Repository field I entered http://127.0.0.1:9890/c:/SVN Repository  I get the error message:  PROPFIND of '/c:/SVN%20Repository': 501 Not Implemented  (http://127.0.0.1:9890)

When I start SamrtSVN I get the Welcome to SmartSVN window  I select Import project into repository and click OK.  I then get the Import Into Pepository window.  I choose the directory that contains my the files I want to control and click next.  In the Repository text box I enter "http://127.0.0.1:9890/c:/SVN Repository"  I get the following Proceeing Command window:  An error occurred while processing an SVN command.  PROPFIND of 'c:/SVN%20Pepository': 501 Not Implemented  (127.0.0.1:9890)
