Request for wandisco to acknowledge SmartSVN bug reports

Hi    I have recently reported several SmartSVN bugs via the 'SmartSVN Bug Reports' forum of this bulletin board, but have received no response from wandisco. I notice that some bug reports from other users are also unacknowledged.    Please may I request wandisco to respond to the bug reports posted here in a timely manner?    Best regards    David
