Sorry to hear that, is it the same in both browsers even after clearing cookies/cache? It should be working fine, the IP field is now populated.
EDIT: If it's still not working please drop me a PM with your current IP and I'll get that added that in just in case that's what's causing it. If it's not we'll investigate further.
