It might be nice for non-english speakers to be able to converse with someone with whom they can fully express themselves. The forum is increasingly getting filled with questions like this:  http://www.svnforum.org/2017/viewtopic.php?t=3244

Why not having an e.g. german or frensh or ... area?    EDIT: What about the following area for german speaking people:      - Subversion Forum - deutsch (like Subversion Forums)  
    - Installation und Fehlersuche   - Linux, Unix und *nix   - Windows   - Apache   - Konzepte, Strategien   - Skripte / Veröffentlichungen   - Integration von Subversion in Applikationen   - IDE's mit Subversion / TortoiseSVN etc.
