phpBB or vBulletin

Just wanted to find out which forum software people like more. I have been debating moving SVNForum.org to vBulletin, mainly because of security issues. However, I want to find out if it would be worth it to the users.    So, would you like to see SVNForum.org converted to vBulletin, or is phpBB more your style? Or perhaps you have another recommendation?

I think vB is nice, but modding phpBB could work too since its still pretty low traffic.    I think particularly useful would be the m2f mod discussed earlier, and an email digest mod that would let us subscribe to get nightly digest emails or something so we could see when there is activity and we need to log on.    Anyways, site is coming along nicely Aaron. Let me know if theres anything you need in terms of hosting, etc.

MKC,  Thanks for the feedback!    Just so everyone knows, I am trying to get in contact with the Subversion folks to get permission to set up the M2F software (http://mail2forum.com).    I am also talking with the M2F people about getting it set up. Ideally, I would like to "test the waters" by having a "read only" forum dedicated to the mailing lists. i.e. the forum would receive posts from the mailing lists, but our posts to that forum would not be mailed back to the mailing list. Apparentlyt he beta version of M2F allows for this, but I have to do some more digging.    Once I have permission and have tested things out, I will tun on the ability to "post" to the mailing list.    If anyone has any input or would like to help out, just let me know.    Thanks,  Aaron
