Connection forcibily closed

When attempting to commit I have started to receive the error: "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the report host". I am the only user in my organization having this issue, so I believe it is local and not on the server. I cleared all saved data and checked every other setting I can think of, but I do not know where to go next. Has anyone had the issue?  (Windows 7x64 SVN 1.8)
