Basic Qualifications:    US Permanent Residence  BS in Computer Science or other technology discipline  5 + years in UNIX/Linux systems administration      Experience Required:    Web server configuration and administration experience.  In depth knowledge of at least one scripting language such as python, Perl, shell, etc.  Experience deploying and administering monitoring tools such as Nagios, Cacti, etc.  Linux administration experience.      Experience Desired:  Team Lead  Atlassian suite administration experience.  ClearCase and Subversion administration experience.  Coverity administration experience.  Virtualization experience.  Automation experience using tools like Cfengine, Puppet, etc.  Experience utilizing load balancers such as HA-Proxy and F5 BIG-IP.    Summary Description:    We are looking for a dynamic application / system administrator to join a team responsible for ensuring high availability of our mission critical SDLC centric technology stack used by all engineering organizations. The primary administrative duties encompass ClearCase, Subversion, Atlassian application suite, web servers and virtualization.    Key Areas of Responsibility:    Administer source code management systems (Clearcase and Subversion), Altassian suite of software development tools and collaboration software and in house developed applications.  Perform daily system and application monitoring.  Perform daily backup operations.  Perform ongoing performance tuning and periodic reporting to support capacity planning.  Install, configure and upgrade applications.  Provide status updates on incidents and projects.  Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.  Contribute to and maintain system and application standards.  Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for administration tasks.    Work Environment:    This fast-paced high tech environment is perfect for individuals seeking to exercise innovation and out of the box thinking to move our state of the art technology to the next level.
